You can get help with your laptop, cell phone, or other technology at the User Services Help Desk, located on the lower level of Waidner-Spahr Library. The Help Desk staff is available to work with you to identify the root cause of any problem you may encounter with your technology, and they can often also resolve your problems right over the phone.
