What should I do if I see a blank page (or unending page-loading with no results) in JumpStart or the library catalog?
This issue is usually resolved by clearing your browser cache and cookies and re-opening the browser.
See the links below for browser-specific instructions. In most cases you should clear cookies and other site data, as well as cached images and files.
You usually DON'T need to clear browsing data, autofill history, or passwords saved to the browser.
If clearing your cache and cookies doesn't resolve the issue, try a different browser.
